TV-Series
Description
Judal Harvey is the president of the Warslan Company and the eldest child of Bill and Linis Harvey, making him the older brother of Claire Harvey and Liza Harvey. He is a young man with blonde hair, blue eyes, and typically appears dressed in a red suit. From a young age, Judal displayed remarkable genius-level intellect, capable of skipping multiple grades and even graduating from college while still in elementary school. However, like his mother Linis, he suffers from an incurable disease.

On the surface, Judal speaks in a generous and kind tone, as seen during his initial interactions with his sister Claire, though he has a tendency not to inform others of his arrival beforehand. He also displays a certain level of confidence in others, such as when he revealed the true identity and role of his youngest sister Liza as the power source for Little Garden, seemingly aware of the potential danger if her secret were exposed. Beneath this amiable exterior, however, Judal possesses a pragmatic and ruthless side, having no qualms about utilizing people, including the students of Little Garden, to achieve his goals. Claire herself has noted this trait in her brother. This willingness to exploit others is further evidenced by his use of his sister Liza as a power source and his later actions involving a former colleague.

Judal's motivations are largely shaped by his childhood and a significant personal tragedy. He harbors a long-standing ambition to become the President of the Moon. As a child, he was close to a maid named Est Steinbelt, who offered him unconditional support and believed in his dreams, unlike his mother who was preoccupied with her work. Judal’s feelings of gratitude towards Est gradually deepened into romantic affection, making her his first love. After Est lost her life during a revenge plot against his father, Bill Harvey, Judal dedicated himself entirely to his ambition of becoming the Moon President. Despite this, he continues to struggle with painful memories of Est. In his pursuit of his goals, he has had relationships with many women, though none have replaced Est in his heart. One of these women, Vitaly Tynyanov, was a colleague who noted that Judal is incapable of truly falling in love with anyone, and she later commented that he would use even the women he was involved with.

In the story, Judal acts as a key figure pulling strings from behind the scenes. A significant part of his role involves his relationship with Vitaly, his former lover and a primary antagonist. Judal ultimately confronts and kills Vitaly, revealing that he had planned events, including using other characters, to awaken Liza's abilities. As she dies, he thanks her for her contributions, an act that leaves her smiling with cold satisfaction despite her defeat. His notable ability is his genius-level intellect, which mirrors that of his mother.
