Description
Kamidake is one half of a pair of robotic guardians who serve Princess Ayeka Masaki Jurai in the anime Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki. Together with his counterpart Azaka, Kamidake is a protector and servant, though he is rarely seen far from his partner.
In appearance, Kamidake is a hovering, log-shaped construct, colored red and marked with Jurai script that spells his name. Four smaller logs are arranged around his base, allowing him to rest on the ground when stationary. His front is marked with a purple eye, which functions both as a sensory organ and an energy weapon. In the English dub, he is typically given a higher-pitched voice than Azaka, which subtly frames him as the junior member of the pair.
