Description
Lebia Mavelick is a member of the Attacked Mystification Police Department, known as the AMP, in the film Silent Möbius: The Motion Picture. She is a Visionaire, a person equipped with cybernetic implants that enable direct interface with computer systems. Lebia is classified as a special Alpha-class Visionaire; her personal databank is housed in an orbiting satellite named Donald, granting her a memory capacity three thousand times greater than that of an ordinary Visionaire. She created three artificial intelligences named Huey, Dewey, and Louie, each taking a distinct physical form.
As second-in-command of the AMP, Lebia handles administrative duties such as paperwork and frequently takes on the role of disciplining her more impulsive colleagues, Katsumi Liqueur and Kiddy Phenil. She is precise, businesslike, and exacting in manner, with a polished demeanor. Lebia has a deep emotional attachment to machines and can become distressed when one she is close to is destroyed.
