Description
Zenovia Marden, the eldest princess of the Kingdom of Marden, first appears masked to hide her identity, possessing light blue hair and piercing gray eyes. Her birth disappointed King Fyshtarre due to her gender, resulting in her isolation within a royal villa. During Cavarin's assault on Marden's capital, she fled with aid from Jiva, a royal retainer. To rally a rebellion against Cavarin, Zenovia adopted the alias "Zeno," impersonating her brother Crown Prince Helmut—a necessity dictated by church-influenced norms barring women from leadership.

A year after Marden's fall, Zenovia rescued Prince Wein Salema Arbalest of Natra from assassins. She accompanied him to Cavarin’s holy festival in exchange for his support gathering rebel allies. Disheartened by Marden’s lack of backing, she accepted Wein’s alliance offer: suppressing Natra’s rebellion in return for his aid reclaiming Marden.

During Marden’s liberation campaign, Zenovia faked "Zeno’s" death and publicly reemerged as herself to lead the kingdom. Post-victory, she deliberately made Marden Natra’s vassal state, ensuring protection and preventing its exploitation as a sacrificial buffer. Acknowledging her deficient political skills—stemming from her father’s education ban—she pursued rigorous study while ruling. Her profound commitment to Marden’s people, driving her high-risk rebellion, defines her resolve.
