Eriko Tase captains the Warabi Seinan High School girls' soccer team, the Warabis. She possesses short dark greenish-brown hair swept into right-parted bangs and dark-green eyes. Kind and responsible, Eriko strongly sympathizes with others' struggles. As the attacking right winger, she plays a pivotal role in the team's formation. Following a crushing defeat that caused most of the team to resign in shame, Eriko remained committed to rebuilding. She actively integrated new members like Nozomi Onda, Midori Soshizaki, and Sumire Suou, participating in the practice match against Kunogi Academy. Collaborating with teammates Makoto Miyasaka, Ayumu Kishi, and Noriko Okachimachi, Eriko devised a plan to gather information on Eiken Asuka to persuade him to allow the girls' team to train with the boys. She demonstrated consistent performance throughout the three Saitama preliminary matches.

Eriko became a passionate soccer fan in childhood after seeing an interview with former player Naoko Nōmi, whose pictures she placed on her wall. This inspiration drove her to pursue soccer. She played football alongside Makoto Miyasaka as a child, and together they once met Naoko in person. Eriko maintains deep admiration for Naoko, which intensified when Naoko joined the Warabi girls' soccer team as their coach. Eriko's relationships center on her dedication to the team's wellbeing and future. She is childhood friends with Miyasaka. After a critical match where the team lost the JKFB Interleague due to a missed penalty kick, Eriko reflected on her leadership, feeling she placed undue burden on a teammate during the decisive moment. This experience contributed to her development in understanding team responsibilities under pressure.
