TV-Series
Description
Illega is a frog-like alien criminal operating from Illega Tower on the planet Guilst. He possesses an oversized torso with disproportionately thin arms and legs, webbed hands, and spotted skin across most of his body. His attire includes a luxurious jacket, a small top hat, and a large chain with a key necklace.
His personality demonstrates no empathy or respect for others, believing an individual’s value is determined solely by wealth. Due to his immense riches, he views himself with extreme self-importance and acts on desires without restraint. He exhibits extreme perversion, kidnapping women across the cosmos to petrify them into statues for his personal collection as furniture. When encountering Rebecca Bluegarden after her escape, he explicitly states his intention to treat her as a "toy" to "play with" until she "breaks," displaying no remorse. He also exhibits cowardice when physically confronted, unable to defend himself against attackers like Shiki Granbell.
On Guilst, Illega sought to expand his collection of petrified women, specifically targeting B-Cubers. He enlisted the mercenary group Rogue Out, affiliated with Sister Ivry, to capture them. After their delivery, he greeted the B-Cubers enthusiastically and demonstrated his process by callously petrifying a naked alien superstar into a chair against her will. When captives pleaded for mercy, he activated a bubble-foam device in their cell floor to melt their clothes for petrification. His focus shifted when a subordinate presented an invoice from Sister.
After Rebecca escaped into a pantry, Illega captured her using his tongue. He dismissed her protests about morality, asserting his wealth allowed him to do anything and that those without money deserved torture and use as furniture. He began paralyzing her with his saliva, reiterating plans to keep her as a plaything. Shiki Granbell intervened, kicking Illega away and attacking him for the kidnappings. Injured, Illega fled but later ambushed Rebecca and her companion Copa in a room filled with stone statues. He held Copa at gunpoint, forced Rebecca to kneel, and boasted about converting her into a toy. As he prepared to petrify them, a subordinate warned of an approaching Chronophage consuming the planet’s time. Distracted by concerns for his collection and Sister’s betrayal, Illega was presumably consumed by the Chronophage while Rebecca disarmed him and rescued Copa.
Illega’s physical abilities center on his prehensile tongue, strong enough to pull victims through air ducts. His saliva induces paralysis upon contact, numbing a target’s body within moments. His primary weapon is a petrification ray gun, functioning using a portion of Drakken Joe’s Ether Gear, Alchemist. Noah Glenfield later referenced Rebecca’s encounter with Illega as an instance where her latent time-manipulation abilities manifested under life-threatening duress.
