Nagisa Daimonji is a recurring supporting character in the Cardfight!! Vanguard anime series. She is introduced as the younger sister of Gouki Daimonji and quickly becomes known for her intense and persistent crush on Kamui Katsuragi, a confident young fighter who does not return her feelings. Nagisa’s defining trait is her cheerful and sweet demeanor, but she is also single-minded in her pursuit of Kamui, often declaring her love for him openly and attempting to force situations that would lead to marriage. This obsession persists across multiple story arcs, including the original series, Asia Circuit, Link Joker, Legion Mate, and later into the Cardfight!! In the G series, Nagisa becomes the leader of Team Nagisa with Others and participates in the U20 tournament alongside Kamui and Emi Sendou as part of Team Hell and Heaven. She challenges Chrono Shindou in an effort to free Kamui from a drop zone penalty, showing she will go to great lengths for him. Nagisa is a capable Vanguard player who uses a Nova Grappler deck, similar to Kamui’s own clan. In her later appearances, she adopts a deck centered around Exxtreme Battler, Victor, reflecting her continued admiration for Kamui’s fighting style.
