TV-Series
Description
Nazuna Takanashi is the youngest of the five Takanashi siblings and a supporting character in the series. Despite being only twelve years old and still in elementary school, she is remarkably mature for her age and stands nearly as tall as her older brother Souta, a fact that visibly frustrates him. Her height is noted to increase slightly over the course of the series, reaching about 172 centimeters by the second season. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Her personality is a blend of seeming contradictions. On the surface, she presents a cheerful and capable demeanor, often acting as the only reliable support Souta has within their chaotic household. She is genuinely kind and caring, with a soft spot for her brother that runs deep. However, she also has a mischievous and occasionally manipulative streak, willing to use underhanded methods to get what she wants. This troublemaking side is most often directed at Souta, driving him to exasperation, though her actions are consistently rooted in affection and a desire to protect him.

Her primary motivation stems from her childhood observations of the harsh and often abusive treatment Souta endures at the hands of their older sisters. Witnessing this mistreatment, she set a personal goal to grow up to become what she calls an elder killer, meaning she intends to become strong and formidable enough to stand up to her older siblings and shield Souta from their abuse. Notably, among her older sisters, only Izumi is exempted from this goal, as Nazuna seems to consider her less of a threat.

Within the story, Nazuna serves as Souta's primary emotional anchor and a source of stability in the Takanashi home. She is a grounding presence for him, offering the genuine care and affection that is often missing from his interactions with their other sisters. Her relationship with Souta is the most significant of the series for her character, defined by her fierce protectiveness and deep love for him, which she expresses through both heartfelt support and playful torment.

Throughout the series, Nazuna shows little personal development in the sense of changing her core traits, but her role becomes increasingly important as the story delves into the Takanashi family dynamics. Her unwavering commitment to Souta remains constant, and she continues to mature in her ability to navigate the family's eccentricities while maintaining her cheerful attitude.

In terms of notable abilities, Nazuna is depicted as being highly intelligent and capable for her age, both academically and in handling household matters. She possesses a strong will and a surprising level of cunning, allowing her to manipulate situations and people to achieve her goals. Her most defining ability, however, is her emotional resilience and her capacity to be a steadfast, loving presence for Souta amidst the family's dysfunction.
