Matako Kijima, also known by the epithet Red Bullet or Crimson Bullet, is the only female member of the Kiheitai, an extremist revolutionary faction dedicated to dismantling the current order. She serves as a loyal subordinate to the group's leader, Shinsuke Takasugi, and her unwavering devotion to him is the central pillar of her character.
