Description
The Elder, a human male Force-sensitive, abandoned the Sith Order centuries before its destruction and prior to encountering Jedi Master Tajin Crosser and Padawan Dan G'vash on the Outer Rim planet Habo. He presents as an aged man with a deeply wrinkled face, piercing black and yellow eyes, and a sinister toothy grin. This appearance belies his lethal capabilities, as he moves with unexpected grace and fluidity in combat.

Disillusioned by Sith infighting and their neglect of destiny, he rejected their ideology. He dedicated himself solely to mastering lightsaber combat, honing his skills through solitary wanderings across the galaxy in search of worthy opponents. This pursuit of personal combat mastery defined his existence over power or Sith ambitions.

He wielded two unique red lightsabers shaped like katanas, reflecting ancient swordsmanship traditions. His fighting style emphasized precision and efficiency, though age had diminished his peak physical capabilities. While proficient in Force techniques like strategically employed Force lightning to create explosions or block attacks, he considered such abilities secondary to lightsaber dueling, reserving them for critical moments.

On Habo, he slaughtered a native Vamga creature, attracting the Jedi. Confronted by Padawan Dan G'vash, he dismissed verbal interrogation, preferring to "speak with blades." He effortlessly defeated Dan, inflicting a grievous injury, then awaited Tajin Crosser for a more challenging duel. Though initially matching Tajin’s skill, the battle shifted when the still-conscious Dan intervened with a Force-assisted lightsaber throw. This distraction allowed Tajin to land a fatal blow.

In his final moments, he activated a detonator to destroy his starship, preventing examination of his history. His body crumbled into dust and ash, leaving only one lightsaber. Tajin later reflected that the Elder’s defeat resulted primarily from the erosive effects of age, acknowledging the likely outcome would have favored the Elder in his prime.

The encounter underscored his divergence from the Sith: he viewed their extinction as inevitable due to wasted potential, while his path focused exclusively on perfecting combat artistry until his final duel. His legacy persisted only through Tajin’s somber teachings to Dan about the impermanence of strength and the inevitable decline brought by time.
