Description
Endou Wakana is a young girl living in the Hanami Town Shopping District, where she is a familiar face to the owners and patrons of the various local businesses. She is approximately nine years old and is the only daughter of the Endou family. Physically, she is a child with orange or brown hair typically styled into twin tails, often secured with hair bobbles, and she has green eyes. Her usual attire includes a hoodie, a skirt, knee-high socks or tights, and sneakers.
In terms of personality, Wakana is generally a sweet and innocent child who gets along well with the residents of the shopping district. Compared to the many eccentric and volatile personalities that populate her world, she comes across as remarkably well-adjusted and often acts as one of the only truly normal individuals in the cast. However, her youth and naive outlook on adult relationships can lead her to make misguided assumptions about the people around her.
A key aspect of Wakana's life is her relationship with her large and ferocious pet dog, Toshiyuki. While Toshiyuki is aggressive towards many others, particularly the series' main character Miki Onimaru, he is completely docile and obedient around Wakana, who is the only person who can easily control him.
