Description
Lisianthus, often called Sia for short, is the princess of the gods and the only daughter of Eustoma, the King of the Gods, and his wife Cineraria. She was born into the god realm but shares her body with the spirit of her twin sister, Kikyou, who was more devil than god and could not be allowed to be born as a separate being. This dual existence is a significant and often hidden aspect of her identity, influencing her inner life. Her most defining early experience is a childhood meeting with the human boy Rin Tsuchimi when she was eight years old. After becoming separated from her father and crying in the human world, Rin found her, comforted her, and helped her reunite with her father. This single act of kindness left a lasting impression on her and became the foundation of her deep affection for him.

Personality-wise, Lisianthus is bright, energetic, and highly outgoing. She possesses a natural ability to start and carry a conversation with nearly anyone, quickly setting a warm and lively mood around her. She is generally very optimistic and holds a boastful, enthusiastic outlook on life. She is also notably poor at academics and studying, but she excels in sports and is particularly skilled at cooking and housework. Despite her warm and friendly demeanor, she has a notable habit of hitting her father, Eustoma, with a folding chair in a comedic fashion when he behaves in a way that embarrasses her in front of her friends, showing that she can be assertive and unafraid to discipline those close to her.

Her primary motivation is to be with Rin. The single cherished memory of their childhood encounter is what brought her from the god world to the human world. She arrives as one of the possible marriage candidates for him, driven by her love and gratitude for the kindness he showed her. In the story, she transfers to the human world as a student at Verbena Academy, living next door to Rin alongside another candidate, Nerine. Her role is that of a main female protagonist and primary love interest, with her story arc focusing on her relationship with Rin, her adjustment to the human world, and the gradual revelation of her shared existence with her twin sister.

Her key relationships include her deep bond with Rin Tsuchimi, which is the central focus of her character. She is also one of several romantic rivals, sharing a cordial but competitive dynamic with Nerine, the princess of the devils who is also a candidate for Rin. Her relationship with her father, Eustoma, is affectionate yet marked by her tendency to physically discipline him with a chair, while her mother, Cineraria, is a more reserved and gentle presence. The internal relationship with her twin sister Kikyou, who exists within her, is a complex and private part of her character that emerges during her storyline.

Her notable abilities include exceptional skill in cooking and domestic tasks, as well as demonstrated talent in sports and physical activities, contrasting with her academic struggles. Beyond this, as the princess of the gods, she is inherently tied to the magical and divine nature of her heritage, although her specific magical abilities are not as prominently showcased. Her development throughout the narrative involves coming to terms with her own past and the presence of her sister within her, all while navigating her feelings for Rin and the complexities of being a candidate for his hand in marriage.
