Kyouraku Shunsui is the captain of the Eighth Division of the Gotei 13 in the Bleach universe, and he appears as a supporting character in the OVA Bleach: The Sealed Sword Frenzy. He is a tall Shinigami with long brown hair, grey eyes, and a relaxed demeanor. His most distinctive features are his pink flowered haori and a straw hat, which reflect his flamboyant and easygoing personality. True to his nature, Shunsui often spends his spare time drinking sake, napping, or playfully flirting with his lieutenant, Nanao Ise.
