Description
Kanta Mizuno, also known as the Demon of the Desert or Desert Punk, is a seventeen-year-old mercenary operating in the post-apocalyptic wasteland of the Great Kanto Desert. He is a member of the Handyman Guild, a group that takes on various jobs for hire. Physically, Kanta is notably short for his age, with a skinny build, medium-length black hair, and brown eyes. His signature attire includes a Zero-Type Helmet System that helps regulate his body temperature in the harsh environment, as well as a cape, gloves, and other gear made of aramid fibers. Later in his story, he replaces his helmet with a red bandana and eventually a spiked Stahlhelm.
Kanta's personality is a complex mix of cynical pragmatism and blatant self-interest. He is an extremely opportunistic individual with very little regard for human life, a trait highlighted by his respect for the Oasis Government's policy of making survival the people's own responsibility. He is famously lecherous, with his greatest weakness being his attraction to women, particularly those with large breasts.
