Description
Aisia is a young magician who serves as a central character in the second season of the anime. She is a petite girl with ash blonde hair and ruby eyes. As a wizard, she possesses the ability to use magic, a power she is deeply devoted to and believes can be used to bring happiness to everyone.

Her primary motivation for traveling to Hatsune Island is to find the grandmother of Sakura Yoshino, a renowned magician, to study magic under her. Upon arriving, she is taken in by Junichi Asakura and his sister Nemu after discovering that the woman she sought has already passed away. Aisia’s personality is characterized by a strong-willed, idealistic, and naive nature. She is often portrayed as air-headed and overly earnest in her pursuit of magic, leading to comic relief as well as significant conflict. Her deep-seated wish is to make people happy, a goal she associates with the figure of Santa Claus, whom she greatly admires.

Throughout the story, Aisia acts as the catalyst for the main plot. Her idealistic and careless use of magic leads her to revive the island's legendary sentient cherry tree, which has the power to grant wishes but often with painful, unforeseen consequences for those involved. This action directly contrasts her with Sakura Yoshino, who serves as a guide and foil, having learned from past experience that magic is a dangerous shortcut that can override true human feelings. Aisia's key relationships are with Junichi and Nemu, who provide her with a home and family-like environment, and with Sakura, who attempts to correct her misguided beliefs.

Over the course of the narrative, Aisia undergoes significant development. She initially refuses to believe that her actions are harmful, convinced that granting everyone's wishes is the path to universal happiness. However, after witnessing the pain and suffering her revival of the cherry tree causes, particularly to Junichi and Nemu, she comes to a profound realization about the power of genuine human emotion over magic. In an act of atonement, she uses her magic to erase her own existence from the world as the one responsible for the tree's revival, disappearing along with the magical cherry blossoms to undo the damage. This act removes all memories of her from everyone except for Junichi, whose own existence is anomalous, and Sakura. In the end, she is shown to have survived and reappears at Junichi and Nemu's wedding, having matured into a more capable magician. Her magical abilities are notable for their high potential, even said to surpass Sakura's, but her lack of control and poor judgment often lead to erratic and disastrous results.
