Description
Sakura Igarashi, born in 2003 as the third child and only daughter of Genta and Yukimi Igarashi, entered the world after their family bathhouse, Happy Spa, was rebuilt following a fire caused by the demon Vail. The younger sister of Ikki and Daiji Igarashi, she aspired to become "invincible" from a young age, pursuing rigorous karate training throughout her adolescence and earning a black belt by high school.

Witnessing her brothers transform into Kamen Riders during the Deadmans crisis initially left Sakura feeling sidelined and questioning her ability to protect others. This frustration intensified after Aguilera, leader of the Deadmans, easily defeated her and tried exploiting her sense of inadequacy for recruitment. An anonymous sender—later revealed as Weekend—provided Sakura with the Libera Driver and Cobra Vistamp, but unresolved self-doubt caused her first transformation attempt to fail. Encouraged by her brother Ikki to confront her vulnerabilities, Sakura succeeded on her next try, becoming Kamen Rider Jeanne and manifesting her inner demon, Lovekov, as a partner.

Fighting alongside her siblings against the Deadmans and the demon cult Giff as Kamen Rider Jeanne, Sakura initially focused on protecting the non-combative Lovekov. Weekend scientist George Karizaki later supplied Vistamps to weaponize Lovekov. Sakura faced opposition from her mother, Yukimi, who objected to her battles, though her parents eventually relented after seeing her determination and an intervention by ally Hiromi Kadota. Her resolve was tested confronting Orteca, a high-ranking Deadmans member who temporarily overpowered her and her brothers.

Sakura played a key role in reforming antagonists, convincing former Deadmans executive Julio to reclaim his human identity as Go Tamaki and mediating his conflicts with past associates. Her repeated battles with Aguilera culminated in a decisive duel where Sakura separated Aguilera from her inner demon, allowing her to become Hana Natsuki, whom Sakura later welcomed into Weekend. Sakura's bond with Lovekov strained when a scar on Lovekov's back prompted her to restrict the demon from fighting, diminishing her combat effectiveness. After guidance from her brothers and Hana, Sakura reconciled with Lovekov, embracing mutual trust in their partnership.

Learning her family's connection to the demon Giff—stemming from Genta's DNA transplant—made Sakura a descendant and led her to join Weekend to combat Giff. She sparred with Weekend member Hikaru Ushijima to help him cope with loss and confronted her brother Daiji when he allied with Giff's follower Hideo Akaishi. Her efforts contributed to Daiji's redemption and Kagero's reintegration into the family.

In the movie *Beyond Generations*, Sakura collaborated with the Sword of Logos to defeat the demon Diablo, temporarily accessing forms of past female Riders Nadeshiko, Poppy, and Valkyrie via future technology. In spin-offs like *Girls Remix*, she allied with other female Kamen Riders against supernatural threats, extending her protective role beyond her family's conflicts.
