Davis Motomiya, known in the Japanese version as Daisuke Motomiya, is the main protagonist of Digimon Adventure 02 and a central figure in its film sequel, Revenge of Diaboromon. As the leader of the new generation of DigiDestined chosen to protect both the human and Digital Worlds, he is characterized by his unshakable optimism, stubborn nature, and a heart that often outruns his intellect.
