Pao is a supporting character in the anime G-On Riders. She is a catgirl alien connected to the forces that attempt to invade Earth, and she leads most of the attacks carried out by the creature known as the Fancy Beast. In that role she functions as a recurring opponent, directing the monster attacks that the main characters have to confront. Her actions during this phase are shaped by her participation in the invasion campaign, as she repeatedly carries out offensive operations against Earth.

At a later point in the story, Pao decides to abandon her attacking ways.
