Description
Kikka Kurabe is the younger twin sister of Teruto Kurabe. As children, they frequently played Build Divide, with Teruto winning consistently until Kikka mastered the game and began defeating him repeatedly. This prompted Teruto's avoidance of future games. On the morning of their long-planned final match before his move, Teruto took her cards to prevent playing. This event turned her hair permanently white and shifted her personality from cheerful and lively to detached and withdrawn.
Following Teruto's departure, she resolved to collect chips and challenge the King of New Kyoto, suspecting Teruto held the title. Upon finding a different ruler, she defeated them in a duel and became King. Connecting to the server databases during her reign caused the loss of half her memories, which manifested as the separate entity Sakura Banka. She ruled for three years until Teruto and his allies defeated her, dismantling the server system.
After her defeat, Neo Kyoto fell into ruin. Three years later, Kikka survives under harsh conditions in the outer district, exhibiting a cooler, more resilient demeanor. She hides with classmates in a hideout, evading KUGE, the King's emissaries who harvest magical energy from citizens. During this period, she lacks a Build Divide deck.
Her time as King and separation from Sakura left her memory fragmented. Regaining her full memories coincided with Sakura's death, reverting her personality to its original cheerful and lively state. She utilizes the white Palhdora card as her Ace and Territory in the game.
