Kikura Ken, also known as Gen Kikura, is a recurring character from the Beyblade series who serves as a memorable opponent for the main cast. His background is rooted in a genuine, if misguided, passion for environmental conservation. Originally based at Midsummer Beach, he took it upon himself to protect the shoreline from the damaging effects of litter. To achieve this, he disguised himself as a sea monster by covering himself in seaweed, using the frightening guise to scare away tourists who left trash behind.
