Despite her advanced age, Lizzie remains sharp and highly knowledgeable about the composition, properties, and lore of potions. She possesses a demanding and fastidious personality, and her intense gaze can unsettle those around her. Lizzie has been involved in the world of pharmacy since she was ten years old, and her potions have saved the lives of many soldiers in the Re-Estize Kingdom. She is also a magic caster, having mastered spells up to the third tier of magic.

Her primary motivation in the story is the safety and well-being of her grandson Nfirea. When Nfirea is kidnapped by the criminal Zurrernorn, Lizzie is desperate to rescue him. She encounters the adventurer Momon, who is actually the undead overlord Ainz Ooal Gown in disguise.
