Description
Musashi is the second superbattleship of the Yamato class within the Fleet of Fog, serving as a de facto leader of the fleet during the events of Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova Cadenza. Her Mental Model is kind and quiet in demeanor, often appearing calm and composed. She has a noted interest in golf, occasionally seen on her own bridge in golfing attire while carrying a putter.
In the story, Musashi acts as a central antagonist figure, commanding the Fog Student Council and standing in the way of the Blue Steel's mission. She appears alongside Shozo Chihaya, the father of protagonist Gunzo Chihaya, to urge humanity to surrender. Her role is deeply tied to the fate of her sister ship Yamato. It is revealed that Musashi defeated Yamato in combat, causing Yamato to go on a rampage. Before being defeated, Yamato entrusted her last wish to Iona, resulting in Iona carrying dual Union Cores.
