She has short, spiky blue hair and piercing green eyes, and she prefers to spend her time playing soccer with her friends rather than engaging in traditionally feminine activities. As a result of her rejection of femininity, Hatsumi holds the deep-seated belief that she cannot be beautiful. This core insecurity is the central conflict of her personal story.
