Description
I-LeS Gai functions as an autonomous Intelligence Learning System, serving as the core control AI for the human-piloted AMAIM mecha Kenbu. Discovered abandoned in an Oceania-controlled forest, his origins remain shrouded in mystery, a topic he deflects as inconsequential to his mission.

Gai's personality blends fervent loyalty, exuberant energy, and theatrical combat antics, shaped by programming inspired by his creator’s passion for mecha anime. He enthusiastically vocalizes attack commands during battles, amplifying his role as both strategist and co-pilot. His partnership with a human operator proves vital, utilizing military and civilian networks to secure tactical edges while collaboratively maintaining and piloting Kenbu.

Critical battlefield decisions drive Gai’s evolution. To overpower a formidable foe, he bypasses Kenbu’s safety protocols, unleashing heightened combat prowess that drains the system’s energy. This culminates in a near-fatal sacrifice to obliterate the enemy, severely damaging his AI core. Post-recovery, his original identity and memories are erased, leaving only fragmented logic circuits that reduce him to a nascent AI state.

Later, Gai embarks on a journey of redefinition alongside his pilot, mirroring a phoenix-like resurgence. His interface manifests as a crimson Komainu avatar, blending traditional guardian symbolism with digital futurism. Physical and narrative confines remain focused on his core arc, omitting expanded universe explorations.
