Description
Dipper, known as Hokuto Shijima in the original Japanese version, is a character from the anime Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V. He is a student at the Leo Institute of Dueling, where he serves as the representative for the Xyz Summon course. Physically, Dipper is slim and tall, with purple hair styled upward and accented by a gold hairpin shaped like the Big Dipper asterism. He has blue eyes and a frame featuring a star on his forehead just below his hairline.
