TV-Series
Description
Ogle is a Cyclops Ghost who lives in the Netherworld and works as the owner and cook of a restaurant called Ogle's Infamous Slug Dog And Roach Burgers. His establishment is one of the most popular dining spots in the Netherworld, and Ogle himself is known for preparing Netherworld-style food for his customers. He is characterized as a friendly and hospitable figure among the ghosts, treating those who visit his business with warmth and good service. According to the character Santa-Pac, Ogle and the ghost Clyde are the only ghosts who are routinely good all year long, suggesting that his kindness is consistent rather than occasional.

As a Cyclops Ghost, Ogle belongs to a class of ghosts that are among the largest and strongest in the Netherworld. Members of this group are naturally powerful fighters, with some serving as bodyguards for Lord Betrayus, but Ogle himself is not shown as a combatant. Instead, his role in the story is primarily that of a supporting character and local business owner, providing a sense of ordinary life and commerce within the Netherworld. Cyclops Ghosts have several notable traits, including sleeping upside down like bats and producing a special goo from their eyes. Despite their great size and strength, they remain vulnerable to Pac-Man's ability to munch and consume ghosts.

Ogle's personality comes across as amiable and welcoming, especially in contrast to the more menacing or mischievous ghosts that populate the Netherworld. His motivation centers on running his restaurant and serving his customers well, and he appears content in his role as a proprietor rather than pursuing conquest or conflict. His key relationships are with the other ghosts who frequent his establishment, whom he treats as friends and guests with friendly hospitality. The specific mention of Clyde as a fellow consistently good ghost suggests a particular kinship between the two, as both stand out for their decent nature within the Netherworld. Ogle's development in the series is limited, as he functions mainly as a recurring background presence rather than a central figure, but his consistent portrayal reinforces the idea that not all ghosts are villainous. His notable abilities include his cooking, his large Cyclops Ghost physique, and the standard traits of his ghost class, such as producing goo from his eye and sleeping upside down.
