She is the younger sister of Haruka Shinomiya and was the best friend of Mitsuki Mononobe. Described by Mitsuki as a Yamato Nadeshiko type, Miyako had an appearance similar to her sister’s. She was portrayed as cheerful, lively, and straightforward, but her one flaw was that she always put her friends above herself, which sometimes led to errors in judgment.
