Description
Kishou Ootomo is a character from the anime The Rolling Girls. He holds the position of vice-leader within the Ishizukuri Stones, a vigilante group based in Hiroshima. His personality is defined by a calm and reserved demeanor, as he rarely displays his emotions openly. This consistent composure gives him a mysterious air and makes him a difficult individual to read.

Ootomo possesses a hidden background that is central to his character. He is secretly an extraterrestrial being who came to Earth from another planet. Before his arrival, he worked as a scientist alongside his assistant, Haruka Misono. Together, they conducted experiments related to a phenomenon known as the Moon Hole. During one of these experiments, their airship suffered a catastrophic accident. In the ensuing crisis, Haruka helped Ootomo escape in a pod, and he was placed into a state of dormancy while waiting for the Moon Hole to appear.

His journey to becoming a member of the Stones began when this pod eventually transported him to a room inside their hideout. Upon awakening, he had lost all memories of the events leading up to his arrival. Without a clear sense of his past, he chose to stay close to Shima Ishizukuri, the leader of the group. Over time, while living among the Stones, he gradually regained his lost memories, piecing together his identity as an alien scientist.

In terms of his role within the story, Ootomo serves as a key combatant for the Stones. He is highly skilled in close-quarters combat and has proven durable enough to withstand fierce attacks from powerful fighters such as Kaguya Nayotake and Kuranosuke Momiyama. His practical skills extend beyond fighting, as he demonstrated leadership qualities by taking charge of organizing repairs on the Stones' signature airship, the Stonefish, after it suffered an attack. During this period of repair work, he was finally reunited with Haruka Misono, his long-lost assistant from his former life as a scientist.
