Nishiki is a young woman and a supporting character in the anime Laughing Under the Clouds. She is a member of the Fuuma clan, a group of ninja operating independently from any master, but she is not a fully trained or recognized member. She is described as a half-baked Fuuma because she was unable to complete the clan's coming-of-age ceremony and training, which causes her to have unusual physical traits: unlike full Fuuma members who have entirely white hair and purple eyes, Nishiki has only half of her hair in white and one purple eye, with the rest of her hair black and her other eye dark. She infiltrated the massive prison Gokumonjo, originally intending to avenge the destruction of her clan. However, after meeting Soramaru Kumo, she is persuaded to abandon her path of revenge.
