Noel is the main heroine of the anime Celestial Method, a mysterious blue-haired girl with very long blue hair and blue eyes. When Nonoka returns to Lake Kiriya City after a seven-year absence, Noel reunites with her and promises to fulfill her wishes, patiently waiting for her return at the observatory all those years. Her primary motivation is to grant the wishes of Nonoka and her childhood friends, as that is the purpose for which she was summoned.

In the story, Noel serves as both the mysterious catalyst for the series events and the emotional anchor that draws the fractured group of friends back together. She reconnects with Nonoka first, then gradually interacts with the other former friends: Koharu Shiihara, Shione Togawa, Yuzuki Mizusaka, and Souta Mizusaka.
