Quon is a supporting character in the Log Horizon anime, appearing during its second season. He is an adventurer who belongs to the Race of Ritual, also called the Ritian race, and plays the Bard class. He is a member of the guild Plant Hwyaden, which governs the player city of Minami, and he holds the position of sixth seat on the Ten Seats, the council that serves as the guild's executive body.

Before the Catastrophe drew players into the world of Elder Tale, Quon worked as a game master for F.O.E., the company that localized Elder Tale for Japan. Most of the company's staff logged into the game through a special mainframe, but Quon connected from his home computer, and because of this he was pulled into the game world along with ordinary players when the Catastrophe occurred. His everyday background is reflected in his appearance: he looks like a rather ordinary young man wearing a T-shirt and jeans, with a cloak as his only fantasy-like piece of clothing.

As a Bard, Quon practices a support-oriented class whose songs can aid his allies and affect enemies in combat. His previous work as a game master also gives him a practical, detailed understanding of how Elder Tale operates. In the story, his main role comes from his position within Plant Hwyaden's leadership: he is one of the ten leaders who make decisions for the guild, and his scenes are tied to the political dealings between Plant Hwyaden and the adventurers of Akihabara. He is not a central figure, and the anime offers limited insight into his personal motivations, his inner personality, or any significant development over the course of the story. His relationships with the other members of the Ten Seats and with the main characters are likewise touched on only lightly.
