Description
In the world of Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya, Irisviel von Einzbern is very much alive and leads a happy life as the wife of Kiritsugu Emiya and the mother of Illyasviel and her adopted brother, Shirou. Unlike the tragic fate she meets in other timelines, this version of Irisviel exists in a reality where the Holy Grail War rituals were stopped. As she explains to her daughters in 2wei!, she and Kiritsugu chose to abandon the Einzbern family's goals, preventing the Fourth Holy Grail War and causing their family's downfall but allowing them to live peacefully together. This divergence means her role as a homunculus is left ambiguous, never directly addressed in the story.
Irisviel’s personality is warm, playful, and often mischievous, a contrast to the more tragic portrayals found elsewhere. She is almost always seen with a smile and has a ditzy, carefree demeanor, though she is capable of great wisdom and seriousness when the situation demands it.
