Laya adulta, known in the original English dub as Kitty and in other translations as Laiya or Lyra, is a cream-colored lioness with brown bangs and blue eyes who appears in the anime Kimba the White Lion and its sequel series depicting the characters as adults. She is introduced as a young lioness in the original series and later becomes the mate of Leo, the white lion protagonist. Her background includes being the niece of Specklerex, and she eventually becomes the mother of Leo's cubs, Rune and Rukio.
