TV-Series
Description
Hitomi Makino serves as the secretary to Manager Kubo at the organization where she is employed. At 26 years old, she is a professional woman whose personal life becomes entangled with her superior. Her primary characteristic is a romantic interest in Kubo, harboring genuine feelings for him.

Her motivations are initially driven by this personal affection, which leads her to accept Kubos advances when he begins to pursue her. Makino is unaware of the larger, secretive plans involving the Kiltgang and Kubos true circumstances. This lack of knowledge places her firmly as an ordinary person caught in the periphery of extraordinary events.

In the story, her role is defined by her relationship with Kubo, particularly after he is taken over by Puck. She achieves her wish of becoming his lover, but this relationship quickly sours. She becomes disillusioned upon witnessing Kubo indiscriminately pursuing other female employees. As a result of this betrayal and disappointment, she chooses to distance herself from him. Her key relationship is solely with Kubo, and her narrative arc concludes with her deciding to walk away from a toxic situation. She possesses no notable abilities related to the central conflicts or mecha combat of the series.
