Marron is the daughter of Krillin and Android 18, and she first appears during the peaceful period leading up to the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament, which occurs in the Majin Buu saga of Dragon Ball Z Kai. She is a young, cheerful, and innocent child who represents the domestic life that her parents built after the conflicts of the Cell Games. Unlike most other children of the Z Fighters, Marron is not trained in martial arts and does not participate in combat. Her presence serves as an emotional anchor for both Krillin and Android 18, softening Android 18's once-distant personality and giving Krillin a renewed sense of purpose outside of his role as a warrior.
