Description
Jubia Lobskar, also known as Juvia Lockser, is a powerful mage who initially serves as an antagonist before becoming a devoted member of the Fairy Tail guild. Her past is marked by loneliness and isolation, a direct consequence of her unique magical nature. Since childhood, rain would fall wherever she went, a phenomenon that caused others to shun her and left her feeling perpetually gloomy and unwanted. In an attempt to stop the rain, she would craft small traditional dolls called Teru Teru Bozu, but they never worked, only serving to increase her feelings of being an outcast.
