Description
ChibiChibi is a mysterious, very young girl who appears during the final arc of the Sailor Moon anime, Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. She is a small child, appearing to be around two to four years of age, with large blue eyes and long, dark pink hair styled into two odango buns, reminiscent of the protagonist Usagi Tsukino and her daughter Chibiusa. Her attire consists of a simple, light-colored dress, and her primary vocalization is her own name, "Chibi Chibi," or mimicking the words of others.
ChibiChibi's background is initially shrouded in complete mystery. She appears suddenly in Tokyo, seemingly floating down from the sky with an umbrella.
