Description
Mikhail Hachisuka is the son of Bayron City's current mayor, Masataka Hachisuka, and a member of the politically influential Hachisuka family, descendants of the city's first mayor. He possesses the family's noted beauty, characterized by blonde hair and cyan-blue eyes, stands 175 cm tall, and has blood type B. A high school student, he serves as student council president. His personality is perceived as disappointing or unfortunate, earning him ridicule and the derisive nickname "leftovers of the Hachisuka family" from peers and observers.

Having a different mother than his siblings, his characteristics significantly differ from those of his sisters, Shenhua Hachisuka (Bayron City's deputy mayor) and Linhua Hachisuka. This familial distinction contributes to his status as an outsider within the family legacy. Mikhail demonstrates self-importance and arrogance, frequently invoking his status as the mayor's son to assert authority. He exhibits minor stalking tendencies, including approaching protagonist Shu Ogata and Kisara uninvited at their residence and monitoring Kisara's activities. Mikhail positions himself as Kisara's self-appointed protector, urging Shu to leave Bayron City and offering him financial assistance to facilitate his departure, despite Kisara never requesting such intervention.

His behavior includes pestering Shu with criticisms and unsolicited judgments about Shu's relationship with Kisara. Mikhail's proactive and entitled conduct suggests potential for escalation, including possible sabotage of Shu to remove him from Kisara's life or reckless actions to prove his worth separate from his family's shadow. His political connections through the city government provide means to act on these impulses. However, narrative outcomes indicate such actions risk backfiring, potentially exposing his irresponsibility or provoking strong negative reactions from others. His role remains confined to these personality-driven interactions within Bayron City's setting.
