Fuyumi Todoroki, born December 6, is the only daughter and second child of Enji Todoroki (Endeavor) and Rei Todoroki. She has two older brothers, Toya and Natsuo, and a younger brother, Shoto. Her parents' marriage was a Quirk-based arrangement orchestrated by Enji to produce a child with both fire and ice abilities. Fuyumi inherited solely her mother's ice Quirk, causing Enji to initially focus his training on Toya and later shift to Shoto after Toya's Quirk proved incompatible with his body. During the Paranormal Liberation War, Fuyumi demonstrated courage by joining Rei and Natsuo to confront Dabi (Toya). She used her Frost Quirk to help contain his self-destructive inferno while pleading with him not to sacrifice others, contributing to Shoto's successful intervention. Physically, Fuyumi has white hair with crimson streaks and turquoise eyes (gray in anime adaptations), wearing rectangular red-framed glasses. She typically dresses in practical clothing like cardigans and jeans. Sustaining facial burns during the Final War, she cut her hair to chin length. By the epilogue eight years later, her scars have partially healed and she switches to circular glasses. After the war, Fuyumi faced professional repercussions due to the Dabi scandal and lost her teaching position, though a student's parent helped her secure new employment. She maintains hope for family unity, visiting Toya regularly in the hospital alongside Rei and Enji.
