TV-Series
Description
Baker serves as the secretary to Chairman Mashita of the PPSE corporation, the organization responsible for producing the Plavsky Particle system that powers the Gunpla Battle tournaments. She is a talented and highly capable woman who is deeply involved in management, and her colleagues acknowledge her as both good-looking and possessing a clear, sharp intellect. Her role extends far beyond typical secretarial duties, as she actively orchestrates schemes to ensure specific outcomes in the tournament.

In terms of personality, Baker is tough, professional, and fiercely loyal to Chairman Mashita. She accepts his whims and demands without question, executing his orders with precision. However, she also displays a vindictive and calculating nature, taking great pleasure in setting elaborate traps to eliminate rivals. When her plans fail, she shows visible frustration, particularly when the team of Sei and Reiji repeatedly overcomes the obstacles she places in their path through a combination of external help and their own ingenuity.

Baker's primary motivation is to serve Chairman Mashita's interests, which initially involve removing Sei and Reiji from the World Tournament. Acting on his orders, she requests that tournament organizers activate an AI-operated robot to destroy the Star Build Strike during a battle royal under the guise of a surprise event. When this fails, she rigs the match positions so that Sei and Luang Dallara must face each other in a baseball-themed field, intentionally giving the Star Build Strike an inferior weapon while Luang, a former exceptional baseball player, receives a superior one. After this plan also fails, she hires the Gunpla Mafia to deal with the protagonists, which finally succeeds in making them lose a match, though it does not destroy their Gunpla.

Baker is the only person aware of Chairman Mashita's concerns about Sei and Reiji, particularly the latter. Mashita confides in her that Reiji poses a threat to his secrets regarding the Plavsky Particles, though their conversation is interrupted when she suspects someone is eavesdropping. Her relationship with Mashita deepens significantly over the course of the story. While she appears to be a loyal subordinate, her true feelings are revealed to be genuine affection. In a flashback, it is shown that she was once a severely ill Gundam fan cosplaying as a character when she first met Mashita, and her abilities helped transform the timid man into a successful businessman. Unlike Mashita, who desires wealth and a comfortable life, Baker harbors ambitions of world domination using Arista, making her arguably the more driven of the two.

Baker's development culminates in the final episode. After the destruction of the giant Arista, Chairman Mashita is transported back to his home world of Arian. Baker, having grown deeply attached to him, grabs him as he disappears and is taken along with him. She is last seen selling Mocks alongside Mashita on the streets of Arian, appearing genuinely happy in her new circumstances. This ending confirms that her loyalty and affection were sincere, and she ultimately chooses a simple life with him over the power and wealth she once sought.
