Description
Kazuya Aoi is the main protagonist of the second season and serves as a first-year student at West Genetics Academy. He enrolls at the institution with the goal of becoming a Limiter, the male partner to a genetically engineered female warrior known as a Pandora. His family background is deeply intertwined with the world he enters, as he is the son of Gengo Aoi, one of the original creators of the Pandora system, and the younger brother of Kazuha Aoi, a legendary Pandora who sacrificed herself to destroy a Nova during a devastating invasion that occurred four years before the story begins.
Kazuya is defined by a compassionate and empathetic personality, which sets him apart from many of his peers. He does not share the common fear or disdain for Satellizer el Bridget, a powerful Pandora known as the Untouchable Queen for her cold demeanor and her intense aphephobia, or fear of being touched. Instead, he sees a reflection of his late sister in Satellizer, believing that she is misunderstood and isolated by a traumatic past.
