TV-Series
Description
Amelia Evans is a Pandora who originally belonged to the now-defunct E-Pandora Project, a program designed to create artificial Pandoras. Following the Eleventh Nova Clash, she was assigned as a bodyguard and guardian to the scientist Scarlett Ohara. She is a young woman of British nationality who, before becoming a Pandora, lived in London with her younger brother, Luke Evans, after their parents abandoned them. She worked multiple jobs to pay for her brother’s medical treatment, and in 2064, with his condition worsening, she volunteered for the E-Pandora Project to secure the funds for his care.

Amelia is a highly determined individual, a trait forged by her difficult past. During a simulated battle, she was willing to continue fighting despite suffering a concussion and her stigmata beginning to damage her body. She is also self-sacrificing, volunteering to be the first to test the unstable Mark III medicine, an experience that nearly killed her and changed her hair color from crimson to white with a crimson streak. Despite this trauma, she later offered to test the Mark IV to spare her comrades from potential death. However, Amelia also harbors a darker, more resentful side. She holds a deep-seated inferiority complex and anger towards what she perceives as privileged, powerful individuals who have never had to struggle to survive. After the death of her fellow E-Pandoras, this resentment drove her to a rampage, during which she hysterically demanded the death of the legendary Pandora Chiffon Fairchild. When asked about her role as Scarlett Ohara's bodyguard, she admitted she wanted not only to prove the strength of her fallen comrades but also to see Scarlett suffer as a weak cripple.

In the story, Amelia is the strongest of the E-Pandoras and acts as their de facto leader. Her primary motivation is to expose the atrocities of the Chevalier and the E-Pandora Project, believing the organization to be the true traitors to humanity. Her mission brings her into direct conflict with the main characters of West Genetics. She has a significant rivalry with Elizabeth Mably, who easily defeats her in a mock battle, but the two later develop a mutual respect. Amelia also forms a complex bond with Satellizer L. Bridget, who views her as a true Pandora and a friend, leading Satellizer to protect her during her rebellion. Her relationship with Scarlett Ohara is fraught with bitterness; while she is assigned to protect the doctor, she also harbors a desire to see her suffer. The death of her comrades, including Gina Papleton, is a key emotional trigger that pushes her further down a dark path.

Amelia undergoes a significant transformation over the course of the series. Initially, as an E-Pandora, she is slightly weaker than an ordinary Pandora, though she claims to be three times stronger than her fellow E-Pandoras. Her abilities increase dramatically after Chiffon Fairchild returns her to human form from a Nova state. Her body changes to become capable of accepting any type of stigmata, transforming her into a true Pandora whose skills surpass a regular Pandora, potentially rivaling a Transcendent Pandora. Her ultimate, tragic development is her complete emotional collapse and Nova transformation after discovering the secret of Scarlett Ohara's Maria Project. Exposed to a barrier that should have eliminated her synchronization with her stigmata, she instead transforms into an unknown type of Nova, gaining immense power and control over mindless clones.

Amelia possesses several notable abilities. Her Volt Weapon is a light lance with a whale-knife blade, and she was the only E-Pandora able to manifest her weapon without needing the Mark IV drug. As an E-Pandora, she could use Double Accel, making her the only one of her kind capable of using a high-level skill. After her transformation into a true Pandora, her speed, strength, and agility increased dramatically, allowing her to easily switch between Accel Turn and Tempest Turn with a reaction speed that can match a Quadruple Accel. Her Nova Form is particularly dangerous. After taking the Mark IV medicine, she could enter a Corrosion Nova Form that made her immune to the Freezing technique. In her complete Nova transformation, she gained the anonymous ability to synchronize with any high-level Pandora, allowing her to remotely transform them into Novas or take control of unconscious Pandoras. In this state, she could regenerate the armor over her core, an evolution of Nova capabilities, and fire nine massive particle beams from her entire body.
