Description
Houka Inumuta is one of the four elite members of the Honnouji Academy student council, serving as the Accounting and Information Strategy Committee Chair. As a third-year student around eighteen years old, he holds the rank of a Three-Star Goku Uniform wearer, which places him among the most powerful students at the academy under the direct command of Student Council President Satsuki Kiryuin.
