Mr. Nakanishi is a recurring character in Super GALS! who serves as a teacher at the school attended by the main character, Ran Kotobuki. He is easily upset by Ran's shenanigans and her inability to perform well in his class. His personality is often grumpy and easily wound up by his students, yet he is fundamentally dedicated to helping them. Mr. Nakanishi openly dislikes the nickname "Naka-teach" that Ran uses for him. Although he frequently falls out with his rebellious class, his actions demonstrate a genuine commitment to their education and well-being. Beyond his role as a strict educator, he has a notable passion for automobiles, sometimes working on his old car and using this interest to connect with students outside of the classroom.
