Fumi Hibino is a freshman student attending Hakuou Academy, where she is a peer of the main cast. She has short orange hair and orange eyes, and outside of the school uniform, she is frequently seen wearing a red track suit. Her most distinctive visual trait is her frequent dumbstruck expression, characterized by large, round eyes and a wide mouth that comically conveys shock or surprise. This expression is a recurring gag throughout her appearances.
In terms of personality, Fumi is rather dim-witted and very gullible, often taking things at face value in a way that leads to humorous misunderstandings.
