Description
Haruki Hayashida, nicknamed Pah-chin, has a short, stocky physique standing 164 cm tall and weighing 80 kg. His features include slanted eyes, a bleached mohawk (later reverting to natural black), a small lip stitch, and a scar beneath his left eye. He wears the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) uniform during his youth and formal attire as an adult.

A founding Toman member, Pah-chin started as flag bearer before rising to Third Division Captain. He admits to limited intellect, displaying brash impulsiveness and a volatile temper, yet exhibits fierce loyalty and risk-taking protectiveness toward friends. His defining moment arises when Moebius leader Nobutaka Osanai assaults his close friend and the friend's girlfriend. This triggers Pah-chin's vengeful pursuit in the "8/3 Conflict." Initially hesitant to involve Toman, he acts after leader Manjiro Sano authorizes retaliation. During the confrontation, Osanai defeats Pah-chin using boxing skills, but Pah-chin retaliates by stabbing Osanai in a rage. He accepts a one-year detention sentence to shield his gang.

Post-release, Pah-chin matures significantly while resuming his captaincy. He adeptly manages his family's real estate business, demonstrating unexpected attention to detail and customer service that grows into commercial success. As an adult, he fully inherits and operates the business, sometimes alongside longtime friend Ryouhei Hayashi (Peh-yan) across timelines.

Ranked among Toman's strongest fighters, Pah-chin relies on raw power and extreme pain tolerance—surviving a direct kick from Sano. He joins major conflicts like the final battle, where he challenges Sano to restore his friend's smile but loses. His combat style emphasizes brute force over strategy.

Pah-chin shares an inseparable bond with Peh-yan, marked by profound trust. He deeply respects Sano as his most admired figure despite their clashes. Personally, he marries a childhood friend but delivers awkward wedding speeches, owns a dog named "Pochi," dislikes insects (especially cockroaches), and admires tigers.

His fate diverges across timelines: killed with Peh-yan on Sano's orders post-"Bloody Halloween," slain again during the "Christmas Showdown," or surviving post-"Kantou Incident" to host his wedding and achieve prosperity through real estate.
