Description
Officer Beros, also known as Constable Beros, is a supporting character in the anime and manga series Blood Lad. She serves as an officer in the Demon World Acropolis Police, a law enforcement division that operates under the authority of King Wolf, the ruler of the demon world's Acropolis. Her primary responsibility is maintaining peace and order in the Demon World, and her main duty is to arrest individuals who break the law while in the Acropolis.
Beros works as a subordinate and partner to Captain Goyle within the police force. She is described as ill-mannered and rude, and she is rarely seen without a piece of gum in her mouth. Unlike her more serious and hot-tempered superior Goyle, Beros has a more relaxed attitude and does not take things too seriously. She tends to hold grudges, and she carries a particular dislike for Braz Blood. Despite her casual and sometimes rough demeanor, she remains confident when performing her duties as an officer.
Her motivations center on fulfilling her responsibilities in the Acropolis police force, particularly apprehending criminals. Braz manages to escape, but the arrest sets off a chain of events that affects the demon world's political situation, as Braz subsequently agrees to deliver a challenger to the throne to Wolf Daddy. In the anime, she appears at the beginning of episode 9, where she is sent by King Wolf to arrest Braz on a minor, trumped-up offense.
