TV-Series
Description
Frau Pakkyaramao, also known as Pakkyaramao Igarashi, is a teacher at the school attended by the main characters Maron and Miyako. Her role extends beyond the standard classroom, as she is also their instructor for rhythmic gymnastics lessons. She has been a consistent presence in the lives of these students from the beginning of the series.

In terms of personality, Frau Pakkyaramao is characterized as a very strict educator who maintains firm control over her classroom and lessons. She has little tolerance for students fooling around and is known for a distinctive method of restoring order: she blows loudly through a float or whistle, a technique that usually succeeds in quieting the class. Despite her severity, she takes great pride in her good students and their achievements. Her most prominent personal interest is a deep appreciation for beautiful things, with a particular love for flowers and gardens. She holds the belief that respecting flowers is linked to having a pure soul and being able to perform well.

Her primary role in the story is as a supporting figure in the everyday school life of the protagonists. The most significant event involving her occurs when she becomes a target for demonic possession. On this occasion, she is shown arranging flowers in a vase, a valuable gift given to the school at its founding by a famous person. A superior, the head teacher, reprimands her harshly for this act. Shortly after this confrontation, she collapses in front of the vase. Upon regaining consciousness, her behavior is completely changed, and she commands all students to remain at school to protect the precious vase. This drastic shift in character reveals that she has been possessed by a demon residing within the vase. Her life is put in danger, as the demon’s possession threatens her survival unless it is exorcised. The protagonist, Maron, who transforms into the thief Jeanne, succeeds in defeating the demon, thereby saving Frau Pakkyaramao’s life.

Regarding key relationships, Frau Pakkyaramao is the direct teacher of both Maron and Miyako, which forms the central basis of her interactions with them. She is shown to have a connection to another student, Chiaki, who defends her during the incident with the vase. Her relationship with the school's head teacher appears to be tense, as he publicly criticizes her actions and speaks to her rudely.

Her moment of possession represents a notable piece of character development. While her original personality is suppressed by the demon, the aftermath shows her true nature returning. Once the demon is exorcised and she regains consciousness, her first thoughts are not of the danger she just faced but return to caring for her flowers and plants, underscoring where her genuine priorities lie. She thus returns to her normal self, continuing her role as a strict but proud teacher who loves beautiful things and the students who perform well. In terms of abilities, aside from her teaching and her distinctive method of quieting a class, Frau Pakkyaramao does not possess any supernatural or notable combat skills of her own.
