Description
Beans is the personal secretary to the Chairman of the Hunter Association and a dedicated administrative staff member who handles a wide range of organizational duties for the organization. His true nature is ambiguous, as it is unknown whether he is human, a magical beast, or something else entirely. He is a short-statured individual with a highly distinctive appearance, most notably a face shaped like a bean, and he lacks a nose. His skin color varies between adaptations, depicted as pink in the 1999 anime and green in the 2011 version, but he is consistently seen wearing a formal black tuxedo with white gloves.
Beans has a long-standing history with the Hunter Association, having known the former Chairman, Isaac Netero, for at least twenty years. He served as Netero’s trusted secretary and assistant, demonstrating unwavering loyalty and a deep respect for the chairman.
