Mikhail Hachisuka is the son of Bayron City's current mayor, Masataka Hachisuka, and a member of the distinguished Hachisuka family, whose lineage traces back to the grandfather of the city's first mayor. He shares a different mother than his siblings, which has granted him significantly different characteristics compared to his sisters.

A high school student and student council president, Mikhail possesses the striking appearance typical of the Hachisuka clan, with blonde hair and cyan-blue eyes. He stands 175 cm tall and has blood type B.

His personality is often regarded as disappointing, earning him ridicule as a leftover of the Hachisuka family. Nevertheless, he displays a friendly nature and is capable of acknowledging his own errors. Mikhail holds a one-sided romantic interest in Kisara, a demon girl connected to Shu Ogata, and actively pursues her in attempts to win her affection while simultaneously seeking to expel Shu from Bayron City.
